Death Meditation
Afraid of death? Fear of death is due to the lack of awareness of the process.
In this practice, a guided meditation is done to go through the process of dying of the physical body and subtle mind based on ancient texts records, taking one through the stages of elements and consciousness dissolution, the stages of physical and mental changes during the dying process.
Practising in this meditation has many benefits:
