In ancient traditions, illnesses occur when the body loses touch with its soul. It can present as physical ailments or personality splits and even moral disengagements.

In these silent practices, different methods or rituals are engaged to direct the intentions for specific healings to occur.

Tantra Meditation is a form of meditation that uses energy for the purpose of transformation. As energy is deep at its core, the depth of the reach of Tantra Meditation is significant and has the ability to touch a person on all levels and aspects of the being; physical, energetic, emotional, mental, spiritual. Trataka Meditation is a different kind of meditation where the eyes are kept open and focus on a small point or object, which in this case is the candle flame. By channeling our thoughts and focusing the mind, wasted energy in our day to day lives can be regained and moved towards peace cultivation. Through consistent practice of Candle Trataka Meditation, memory can be increased and there will be an increased state of awareness, which will hone attention and focus.

+ Breathwork Meditation

Breathwork Meditation is an active meditation where we use breath or pranayama in a specific pattern to help move stuck emotions and open the heart. The body stores pain, trauma and limiting beliefs, so although an issue has been so called ‘resolved’ or placed out-of-sight, the body does not forget, and what the body holds on to drives us or keeps us stuck. So Breathwork Meditation is an incredible tool for healing. It can release unresolved emotional pain, recharge creativity, detox nervous system and nourish the soul.

+ Heart Chakra Meditation

The heart contains more neurons than the brain. Yet in our present society, we are engaging in our heads more than our heart, which results in us being disconnected to our true desires and true Self. Even more so, the pain and hurt that we experience day to day and also from major life changes does not have time to heal, only to stay stored in the heart centre. This scars, hurt and pain are silenced, ignored and unaddressed as we continue to push ourselves through our rat race daily, yet carrying this ‘unidentifiable’ unhappiness and pain in the background as we try to muffle this suffering out through intoxicants, unhealthy living habits, unkind behaviours, self-abuse without us being aware of why we are doing so. Through ignorance, we allow more negativity to take over to the extent of having it to overflow and hurt more people around us.

Heart Chakra Meditation is a meditation focused on the Heart Centre itself as we work on opening up this important energy centre to allow scars and pain to surface, address and dissipate, creating space for new vibrant energy to fill our hearts and our lives.

Crystals are stones that resonate with the corrective frequency to help us deal with issues, either to shift it, to release it or to resolve it. Depending on the mineral make up, shape, originating source and how we use them, crystals can help us by sharing their frequency, extracting from us what we do not need, protecting us or help us be more open. Crystal healing meditation allows for a deeper meditative state where specific healing is magnified, be it emotional and mental traumas or ailments that have taken surfaced as a physical manifestation.

There are natural cycles and rhythms of the Universe and one of the powerful influencers to these cycles and rhythms is the Moon. The Moon has the power to affect many, such as ocean tides and even us, humans. Just as the phases of the Moon affect the seas, they can also send waves of emotions through us. Moon Meditation Rituals can allow us to tune into our inner world and also to create in the external world. Depending on the timing to conduct these rituals, it can help either release what that does not serve us anymore or create and manifest what we truly desire. Done regularly and in the right manner, the rituals can help balance our hormones and emotions, instilling a state of calmness into the body, heart and soul.
