1.All sessions last 15min unless otherwise stated. Should the session conclude before the 15 min mark, the full rate still applies and no discount will be given.

2. Session will start on time, no extension beyond the scheduled time.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling are not available.

4. Only one person per session – no sharing allowed.

5. For 15 min session, only 1 question is allowed.

5. No bookings are accepted with less than 36 hours' notice.

6. International clients: all time slots on this booking form are in Singapore Standard Time (GMT/UTC + . Singapore does not observe Daylight Savings.
