1. All sessions last 1 hour unless otherwise stated. Should the session conclude before the 1 hour mark, the full rate still applies and no discount will be given.

2. Session will start on time, no extension beyond the scheduled hour.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling are not available due to the highly limited slots offered over this short event period.

4. No written report provided with Zoom readings.

5. Only one person per session – no sharing allowed.

6. No bookings are accepted with less than 36 hours' notice.

7. International clients: all time slots on this booking form are in Singapore Standard Time (GMT/UTC + . Singapore does not observe Daylight Savings.
