Inner Practice: Values - What Do You Stand up For?

Come to think of it, there’s a lot of things I stand up for. And I feel more and more empowered to voice out and rise up fearlessly without shame for those.

I value honesty. Whenever people lie or manipulate, I get disgusted and would gradually move away from such connections.

I value promises. In the past one of my bosses was such a narcistic manipulator he could literally pose as a friend and promise the whole universe and stars and moons and deliver nothing in the end. And I despise that.

I value hard work. So I will put my time and effort to those that display that in their true pursuit of healing, knowledge, happiness and positive change.

I value time. Because time is life and I honor those that are punctual and value the time of others.

I value authenticity. Because without that, there is no meaning to whatever is in question. Lies, empty promises, plagiarism, copying, cover ups – they just suck out the real meaning to whatever that matters.
