Traditional Chinese Medicine Homemade Herbal Tea Recipes for Natural Immunity Boost

As much as vaccination is thought to be the so-called solution to this outbreak, keeping your immunity strong and boosted is still the sureproof way against any viruses and bacteria. Because it has worked for thousands of years, even before time.
1. Immunity Booster Flu Fighting Tea
Good for boosting immunity, reenergizing the body, prevention of cold/flu
Ingredients: 3 cups water
Juice of half lemon
1 cinnamon stick
3 slices of fresh ginger
¼ tsp cloves
½ tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp raw honey
Directions:
1) Add all ingredients (except honey) to a pot and bring to boil
2) Once boiling reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 min
3) Add honey and stir, add more if necessary
4) Pour tea through strainer and drink while warm
2. Immunity Booster Infection Prevention Tea
Good for boosting immunity, prevent recurrent infections, soothe irritated throats
Ingredients: 4 cups water
4 tsp cinnamon chips or a couple of cinnamon sticks
4 tsp dried thyme
2 tbsp raw honey
Directions:
1) Add all ingredients (except honey) to a pot and bring to boil
2) Once boiling reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 min
3) Add honey and stir, add more if necessary
4) Pour tea through strainer and drink while warm
3. Immunity Booster Restful Sleep Tea
Good for boosting immunity, promote restful sleep, calm nerves
Ingredients: 2 cups cups milk of choice (almond/pecan/coconut)
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cinnamon powder
A pinch of ground black pepper
1 slice of fresh ginger
2 tbsp raw honey
Directions:
1) Blend all ingredients, except pepper, in a high speed blender until smooth
2) Pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 min over medium heat until hot, but not boiling
3) Add the pepper, stir to combine, drink while warm before bed.
