Just like after doing any exercise, the skin pores will open for excessive heat from increased blood and energy flow to be released from the body. Moreover, if one is to shower or bathe with cold water, additional exogenous factor of coldness will concurrently enter the body. This can cause illnesses involving dampness and coldness such as weight gain, arthritis, different kinds of pain conditions to be developed in the body.
So I would say yes you can bathe after acupuncture but give it about 1 to 2 hours of rest after the acupuncture session before you bathe or shower.
This will give time for the circulation to ease down to a normal level with the skin pores closing up so that the body will not take in the dampness and coldness from the bath or shower.
