One of my patients who was highly stressed and suffering from chronic fatigue wrote about her good experience of healing with me in this testimonial.
Nevertheless, I will share some simple stress management tips here. A more exhaustive list will be in my blog.
Take deep breaths when you feel your own set of overwhelming stress symptoms coming up. Deep breaths have a natural calming effect on the body.
Do less. Much stress come from overloading oneself with too much tasks. When you are overloaded, you will tend to be more careless with your work as much of your energy is channelled to dealing with the stress symptoms in your body and the tiredness from the energy drained by stress. So do less to achieve more. Read more about Acupuncture for Time Abundance here.
Expect less. Expectation creates stress and anxiety in the body as you await for something that may or may not happen. Live in the present moment instead of the future, your body and heart will soften for all possibilities.
