Inner Practice: Smile

Smiles express happiness.

Smiling is innate, not learned.

Smiles are powerful social signals.

Smiles help defuse anger in others.

Smiles are contagious.

When we smile, it doesn’t just affect the moods of others, it also affects our own emotions.

When we smile, or even if we try to smile by stretching our mouths, our emotions can take an upturn.

Sometimes our joy is the source of our smile, but sometimes our smile can be the source of our joy.

Smiles lower blood pressure, enhance immune system, release natural painkillers and natural antidepressant.

Smiles makes us look more attractive, more successful and younger.

Please smile.
