As we move on further into the night, what can be the organ that is active then?

11pm to 1am – Gall Bladder Time

Organs related: Gall Bladder

Body regeneration and healing are happening during this period of time. The Gall Bladder works to excrete bile and digest healthy fats. So in order for your fat metabolism to work well, you got to rest and allow the Gall Bladder to do its magic.

What you should do: Lights out, sleep and regenerate.

Interesting fact: If you are not resting by 11pm, you could have issues with digesting fats. If you have gallstones, you may have pain at this time.
