While researches into acupuncture are still ongoing, the World Health Organization which set standards for governments and large organizations within the United Nations to follow and to improve the health of all world’s citizens has recommended acupuncture for over 100 health conditions through controlled trials and explicitly mentioned it to be an effective treatment.
